Requests are not confirmed appointments
Submitting an online request does not confirm an appointment. We will contact you to confirm the date, time, place and quote before anything is booked.
Quotes
Prices are not published online. A quote is given to you before an appointment is confirmed.
Changing or cancelling
Please call 609-775-8593 as early as you can if you need to change or cancel, or send a change request through the booking page or your confirmation message. We will work with you on a new time.
Stopping during a visit
You are free to pause or stop at any time without needing to explain.
Review needed
This policy is a draft prepared for the owner to review. Any deposit, notice period, late-change or no-show terms, and refund terms will appear here only after the owner has confirmed them.
